First off I want to say… I absolutely love my chair…. It’s big, it comfy, it’s everything I expected it to be. However the bar seems to be rusting already and my husband just installed it on Feb 5th and today is Feb 16th. It is used as an outside swing. I hope this rusting doesn’t compromise the long lasting expectations that I have… so this may be a swing that goes inside when not being used. It’s worth that hassle… it’s a fantastic swing. I will end up getting more to make a seating area. Maybe there’s an anti rust grease or something I can put on it. ❤️❤️❤️ ... show more

Hammock chairs are the greatest addition to patio seating that I have ever found! These chairs are the most relaxing, comfortable things I have ever sat in. They are made of good quality fabric that doesn't fray or tear under the weight they are designed for. I have 6 of my deck now and everyone loves the feeling of them. It is so soothing to get into one and just let the gentle motion take you into wherever your mind wants to wander. To me, it's the closest thing to being rocked in your mother's arms that an adult can experience. I have spinal issues that cause a lot of pain for me at times. Lying in the hammock chair rather than sitting in a conventional lawn chair actually helps relieve my lower back pain. I had a different hanging chair that had a separate little hammock as a footrest. I loved it; but it sometimes aggravated my knees since there wasn't anything between the seat and my feet to support my legs. It finally rotted and forced me into the market for a new swinging chair. I LOVE this one! It's brightly colored and attractive. It stretches deep enough to support my legs and my feet; but can also be used as a chair with my feet on the ground. This is a good value for the money. The parts are sturdy and well made. I expected the fabric to be a bit heavier weight, but it is not as heavy as i anticipated. I can easily sit in it and fold myself up in it. When my daughter and i sit in it, it makes me nervous (she and i both are under 350lbs and it says it holds up to 500lbs). Overall, it's a good value but i would like to see heavier fabric and better reinforcement where the ropes weave through the fabric. It seems solid enough though. ... show more
