It was a very easy install. Tips to make it easier for your do it yourselfer’s. 1) have a pair of needle nose pliers to pull out the cotter pin on the old burners, if your careful you can re-use them. If not buy some at the local hardware store. 2) have a pair of wire cutters to snip the ignition wire for each burner. It makes it easy to take out especially since your igniter screws will be rusted to the old burner. 3) once you install the burners, igniters, and wires use some small zip ties to tidy up the excess wire. They do come with longer than expected wire, but you can make it tidy. 4) if you have trouble lighting the burners, make sure the spark is lined up to hit the gas hole out of the burner. Note it will take some time for the gas to flow, be patient and don’t set yourself on fire. Over time the gas will eventually flow easier and light much quicker. 5) replace the AA battery in the igniter button. Simply unscrew the push button, and put a new battery in. 6) if you want to make it brand new, get new grates and grease drip pan. I didn’t, but I keep my pretty clean. Stove cleaner works great on the stainless steel to keep everything looking nice and fresh. For $40 the replacement parts are well worth the cost compared to a new BBQ.

Great product to repair and replace your damaged or worn out burners! Our Grill was blown over by a Derecho wind and the somewhat worn burners had to be replaced as they became broken and unusable from the wind damage. These were easy to install and directions were easy to follow. Short time to accomplish, as well.

This is a good quality product. Just finished installing and works well. Took about an hour to Install, but I spent another hour and a half cleaning after I pulled the old rusty ones out. I would say the hardest part is doing the wiring for the igniters. Make sure you have some small wire ties. The one negative is that it doesn’t come with the cotter key pins that hold the ends in place so make sure you purchase those separately. I use some number 12 gauge solid copper wire and those worked.

The parts all fit really well. This is my second order and I’m super happy but I am a little peeved that the previous replaced gas vents only lasted 2 years without completely rusting out and disintegrating. I expect these will do the same so maybe I should stop buying them but its probably cheaper than a new grill. Just be aware that in climate zone 7, these gas vent filters will only last 2 years. A solid screwdriver is needed to screw in the igniters to the gas vents, you have to really put a lot of torque and pressure to tighten the screws down.

Perfect fit replacement for my Next gas grill. Only thing different was the igniter probes were a little taller ( they stick out farther from the gas tube), and do not fit, my grill. Solution is to just drill new holes next to the original ones located on the grill pan to accommodate the new parts. After that grill works just like new. All other burner pieces are an exact direct fit. A drop in solution for both fit and function. Some may ask why not reuse the old igniter parts. They will not fit the new burner tubes, the design has changed since my grill was made. If your grill is newer than mine you may have zero issues.

Great set!!! Fits my Nexgrill 720-0888 I had to one tiny mod to fit the igniters (Tin snips FTW) I’ll easily squeak 2 more seasons out of this grill — maybe more!! Install suggestion: remove and replacement one “element” at a time Then move to next Summary Steps Remove grills Remove pins holding the elements in place (needle nose pliers -SAVE THE PINS) Disconnect igniters from the light button assembly Remove element Assemble element and igniter Fish end of igniter to lighter assembly Fit element Replace pins Quick Test, if good go one with each one. One a time CHECK YOUR PART NUMBERS!!!! Make sure you’re changing like for like Happy Grilling

Easy installation once the old stuff was removed. Screwing the 2 screws to hold down the ignitor to the burner seemed a bit difficult for each of the 4 burners, but with some muscle, they were secured and didn't move. The ignitor wires are all the same length (long) so you'll need to do some cable management to keep them from hanging down loosely or prevent the door to close. I can't speak for the quality, but it seems to be no better or worse than the original Nexgrill parts, only with considerable savings. I also oped to buy the cast iron grates to replace the terrible stainless ones that were swollen and cracking. **Tip - your old ignitors will be caked with solid stuff making them difficult to unscrew. Just pull the wires out of the back of the push button starter-thingy with some small pliers. Once done, pull the entire burner out with the ignitors attached. Super easy and fast. Work smart, not hard.
