The media could not be loaded. I'm not very handy with tools I got this free I had to vacuum all the old pellets out of the smoker then I removed the cover took the old motor off put this one on the day I got it and it's been working ever since I also bought two smoke tubes to help with smoke flavor this is a must-have if you have this problem the hardest part was getting the auger out easy to install ... show more
