I was printing with the HS nozzle and had it overheat and damage the head, so I wanted to purchase the whole fan connection piece like in picture for this product. It would not contained the nozzle which I should have inferred from the price, but it may be helpful to know.

This nozzle functions just as great as the ones ordered from the manufacturer. No your nozzle is not used. They test every nozzle and they supply you a tuning number because you can't PID tune the hotend yourself. They have to run filament through it to do this. Just heat it to max and extrude about 100mm and everything will clear. If you take care of the nozzle and don't print abrasive filament you should get over 1,000 hours of print time ... show more
