I easily give this carport/canopy 5 Stars and two thumbs up. You definitely need two people to make setting it up easier. The instructions are decent, though building it might go smoother if you're good with pictures (think building Ikea furniture). The materials are quality stuff, with one exception that is minor. The Good: The frame is pretty sturdy galvanized pipe, not super heavy duty, but much better than other canopies. The roof cover is thick and strong, much better than I expected and thicker than most "heavy duty" tarps you can buy. The anchor screws are okay...not the greatest but they work if you're putting it on soft ground (grass or dirt). They drive in pretty easy with a ratchet and 21mm socket...I suppose a cordless drill would work too. Personally, I'd recommend getting some heavy duty ground anchors for the 4 corners though, if you live in a windy area. The Bad: One let down for my canopy was the tie ropes and straps...that material is not very UV resistant. The buckles that hold the door rolled up and the lines for tying down the frame will become fragile very quickly in sun exposure areas. The buckles on the door that faces south fell off in my hand when clipping the door open only a few months into use. The tie lines have also all failed and the rope just breaks in my hands when simply folding it. You might want to be ready with some bungie cords to use for holding the door open if yours fails too and use good 550 paracord for your tie lines and you'll be set. IMPORTANT NOTE: As an extreme positive, the seller has warranted the door that had the failed buckles and is sending me a new one, which is fantastic. Ivy (their customer service rep) was super helpful and understanding....even though the canopy had been up for a few months before the buckles failed Ivy sent me the replacement at no cost to me...so they do stand by their product....which is a huge plus! How does it do in heavy wind? Mine has handled high winds and driving rain fantastically, keeping everything inside dry and safe. ...to help keep the sides from flapping too much I put sand bags in the sections of the walls that are folded up inside (since I did not use the extra pipes to add height to the canopy, just assembled it at the standard height). Overall, I would definitely buy another one of these from this seller if I ever needed another canopy of this size.

I've had this product for almost a year now, and while I have had a zipper failure, and a gromet failure during a bad storm this companies customer service came through and went above and beyond to ensure I got replacement parts to correct the issue. Just a few weeks ago I had a brush fire near my house that got too close to the Carport and a side panel, and the roof was damaged badly. I contacted customer service to request purchase of new panels, and they IMMEDIATELY obliged and within a few days I had box fedex'd at my door. The first box contained two front/rear panels, but no side, or roof. The VERY next day upon reporting the issue the sent out, also VIA fedex another shipment with the correct parts and told me not to worry about the return of the incorrect panels. My customer service agent was Milka, and they went above and beyond in both overall customer service, satisfaction, and communications to ensure I was well cared for. Thank you again. 10/10 would recommend.

Ordered and received 2 of these. They are really nice and the company selling them is great to work with. One of mine got messed up after I put it up from a severe storm that rolled in about a week after putting it up. I contacted the company and they quickly got me the replacement parts to get it back together. I would recommend using ratchet straps to secure them down, the dainty rope that came with them snapped easily. Other than that, these things are huge and nice.

We bought the 10 X 20 carport. Took a little bit of time to put up, but the directions were great and very helpful. We put it up and a few months after a small tree fell on the carport. It did not rip the heavy duty plastic but did bend 5 of the steel poles. I contacted the company to see about obtaining replacement poles. They contacted me today and are sending out the 5 steel poles I need free of charge. What great customer service!

I was pleasantly surprised with this canopy. I was amazingly easy to assemble and set up the frame portion. The vinyl cover took a little more work as the panels didn’t line up perfectly making attachment a bit problematic…..but doable. Overall I am pleased and would purchase again. For now durability is still unknown but looks promising.

This carport is actually used as an add on room for our fifth wheel during the summer months. It was easy to assemble, even with my 5'1" wife as my helper. When I say it is tough, I mean it. The winds have been pretty strong this spring here on the Southern Utah mountains, and they normally blow up and down our canyon. A week after setting the carport up, a rogue wind estimated at 70 mph came ACROSS the canyon, launching the carport into a row of trees. While the corner hold downs pulled out of the top, one window blew out, a branch went through the top and a couple poles got slightly bent, the carport survived. The next morning we disassembled the carport, moved it back into position and re-set it up, using clear gorilla tape to repair the hole in the top. New parts were ordered, and Renee and Pearl in customer service were great, keeping in touch and tracking the shipment. While the were issues with the warehouse sending the wrong parts (label on the wrong package) and FedEx not being able to find us, we are very happy with both the product and the Company. We will definitely order from E Deck again.

The canopy was very easy to assemble and was able to be done within 2 hours, from out of the box to complete, not including foundation bolting of the legs if desired. Note that it will require 2 people ( a third helper is nice) to do so. The instructions do require a magnifying glass to be able to read ! , but all items are clearly identified and assembly is for the most part common sense. This is a well made product and well worth the cost. Would recommend it to others readily.
