I received this product quicker than was expected. Used a 2 wheel dolly to get it to where I wanted it and set it up by myself. The canopy was I little difficult to put up by myself but I managed. By far the easiest canopy I’ve ever put up. I love the snap together design. No tools necessary! Everything lined up. My box was missing cross T parts that were absolutely necessary. I emailed the company and worked with Ivy. She reacted quickly and got me the missing parts within only a couple days. GREAT SERVICE!! This canopy is going to be great for a couple boats and a bunch of totes.

cover was defective and the pull strap on one end that is ratcheted down to cinch the end closed was stitched into the cover preventing it from working properly. I called customer service and they told me i had the cover on upside down and sideways which was absolutely ridiculous. I replied Um yeah... not. then they said they said they did not think it would affect the use of the product and how about they give me a $25 credit and I accept it. I said no thank-you how about you send me a replacement top that works. they eventually did ship me a new cover. Thanks Kelly at customer service

I have now purchased two of these covers a 15' and a 20' for temporary storage during a remodel. The cover material is thick and heavy. The frame is strong with welded joins and easy to assemble. The cover design, with feed-thru pockets at the bottom that actually attach to the frame and ratchet straps on each end that tie to the frame will keep it tight and secure through any storm. I did have an issue with missing tie-bracket components on my second cover, but Ivy in customer support was quick to respond to the issue and FedEx'd the parts I needed. I definitely recommend this carport.

Product went together as direction showed. Was missing a couple components and contacted customer support. Within 12hrs of the email I sent Jasmine responded. Jasmine asked a couple questions? Before I responded to the response. I received another email that the missing components where already being shipped and tracking information provided! This is absolutely accurate for setting up and quality. I put this up alone. Granted I am not the purchasing person but her husband , but at 53 yo. And I did not swear or throw tools I can only say what a great and sturdy product even tho we did add ground ties because the ground has already started to freeze and did not use the provided stakes. 10 stars if I could..

Had this for a week. I use it for a shop to rehab furniture. Here is my experience so far. Shipping went well. Showed up in a few days with Prime. Got it in 5 days. No damage parts. A few poles ends were not a complete circle on the ends. I quick hammer strikes got them back into shape. Set Up- No missing pieces. Set up takes a full day by yourself. Pick a day with no wind. The only part you need 2 people is to elevate the other side for the pole insert. All pieces were labeled. Read the instructions. A lot of pieces are similar shape and it easy to mix up. I was worried about the crown closing. However the company came up with a pretty unique way of making it snug to the top. The tent stakes included are worthless. Do your self a favor and order the cork screw dog leash stake and ratchet straps (6x total). I owned carports for years and this method survived 80mph straight line wind. Why I chose this one- Since I use this as a shop I spend hours in there everyday. Others models and brands have a seam along the side wall. Wind and cold gets in there. This has a one piece roof and sides. Also the sides drape on the ground. You can throw some bags of mulch on the ground and sand bag it for the cold. My old one was white. This one is dark. Its a lot darker inside so you will need plenty of lights for shop use. Also the company has a phone number in the US. These things will need replacement parts over time. Pro Tip- Poly traps will break down fast here in the south. If it is in the sun its a matter of time before you will have to replace the roof. No matter how thick the material is. I am guessing a replacement roof will be in the hundreds. Get your self a separate tarp that covers the roof and half of the sides. It will take the beating. I put 2 on mine. I will update the product review next summer after 1 year of us.

Item came in four boxes. All parts were there except for one of the spring buttons in Part #2. I sent an email to the address provided but have not received it yet. It's been one week. I'm not suer how the tarp attaches to the frame but I'll figure something out. All-in-all, it' a decent setup. We got 3" of rain this week and it held up great. We also bought screw-in ground anchors and straps. The metal anchors that come with it pull out very easily.
