Like most people said this didn’t last more than 6 months, the tarp starts getting damaged by the sun over time, had bought my canopy on April 22, 2022, and the tarp just tore apart in pieces on October 3 2022 due to some wind, also i started having problems with the tarp ripping little by little the second month I owned it, not only that some on my metal poles had dents in them when they arrived, so therefore I’m only giving this two stars cause I mean what else can you expect for something this cheap, if you’re only looking to use this for events then store it away after this might work for you if it doesn’t come damaged, but if you plan to leave it out long term this is not for you!!! Edit- The company sent me a replacement, and thier customer service was very great!!! I’m very greatful but i will for now keep the tarp off and only put it out for events so it doesn’t get damaged!!!

install the cover the eyes pulled off before raising up. cover is 2 in short 20 ft sides. Other eye will not take much to tear the eyes out due the pressure .. up 2 weeks Where i need the cover replaced i will cut poles 1in each.

I bought this on April of this year 2022 and now is November of the same year and is already ripped everywhere I’m very disappointed material quality is very poor I would recommend buy this at all UPDATE: The company reached out to me to fix the situation. They were nice enough to send out new parts to replace the broken ones and so far their fine. I just hope it doesn’t happens again

We are using these (we bought two) for two of our cars since we only have a one car garage. We originally wanted a single 18'x 20' canopy carport but they were unavailable. As it turns out using two that are 10' x 20' is working better. The frame is easy to put together especially because of the way the pieces all snap and lock together. Do not buy any brand where the pieces just push together. We helped a friend with that kind and the frame kept falling apart even though there were 3 of us trying to keep it together. The first one took about 3 hours to put up. The second- about 90 minutes. We did buy 35lb cement blocks to put the feet into. Or you can buy buckets, put the legs in them and then add cement about half way up (a little bulkier, not as pretty but you could add dirt and use them as flower planters!). The first one went next to our garage and we tethered the middle leg to the side of the garage. The second one went next to it and we used bungee cords to tether that one to the first. We did that because when we had 40-50 mph winds come through a week later, a couple of the feet, even with the 35lb blocks, moved a good foot or so. That said, they have been very stable during high winds.And that's also why we think the two smaller canaopies are better. We think the wind might really pull at the bigger one. We have agrred, should a hurricane hit Connecticut, we will take them both down beforehand! The kit comes with tie down cord and spikes that screw into the ground. We haven't used them yet. Ours are in a somewhat sheltered area. If your's in out in the open you might want to consider adding tie downs. We were surprised at how quickly it all went together and the second one was easy peasy. We put the entire frame together and then put the canopy over. I'm not sure that's what the directions say. We just thought that would be easier. You do need a ladder to get the top over. The taller the ladder the better. We are very happy with our choice.

The Customer Support is Excellent - if you have an issue with the carport cover or structure. I have only been able to get one year out of the cover in the Florida Sun - but since there is a Warranty - was able to get a replacement for free. have done that twice- and after the most recent Hurricane - was able to get a new Cover - for $84

We have had this canopy for a few months now and up until last week, everything was going well. It was great to have a covered space to hang out outside and the canopy worked as intended. We had a windstorm last week, though, it blew over and the legs bent near the top part of the frame where the tarp is. All the other parts are fine, but we need new legs. I didn't see another way to leave a message for the supplier, so here is my message! If we could get six of the long legs (no other parts, IE feet, necessary, that would be great. Updated 2/22/2021: I emailed the seller and they provided truly great customer service! I told them the legs bent and they sent me replacement legs for free. This was so kind! However, I do have to note that the second life of the canopy was short lived. We had a massive snow storm and the top of the canopy just collapsed under the weight of the snow. So, I think that if you live in a place with a lot of snow or even random snow storms that just dump a lot of snow, I would reconsider. Where we live, this canopy did not work out.
