I have now purchased two of these covers a 15' and a 20' for temporary storage during a remodel. The cover material is thick and heavy. The frame is strong with welded joins and easy to assemble. The cover design, with feed-thru pockets at the bottom that actually attach to the frame and ratchet straps on each end that tie to the frame will keep it tight and secure through any storm. I did have an issue with missing tie-bracket components on my second cover, but Ivy in customer support was quick to respond to the issue and FedEx'd the parts I needed. Once done it all seems intuitive, but getting there was a bit of a confusing journey. Two modifications (besides more comprehensive and comprehensible instructions) would be better tie-downs (the supplied wouldn’t hold down a Cub Scout tent) and something for the doors to wrap around at the bottom so that you can roll them up easily and evenly. I received this product quicker than was expected. Used a 2 wheel dolly to get it to where I wanted it and set it up by myself. The canopy was I little difficult to put up by myself but I managed. By far the easiest canopy I’ve ever put up. I love the snap together design. No tools necessary! Everything lined up. My box was missing cross T parts that were absolutely necessary. I emailed the company and worked with Ivy. She reacted quickly and got me the missing parts within only a couple days. GREAT SERVICE!! Went up easy enough even without decent directions but completely collapsed after one snow. Support poles totally bent, hoping g none of the stuff stored under it was too damaged. Do not buy if you live somewhere that gets more than flurries!

This is absolutely accurate for setting up and quality. I put this up alone. Granted I am not the purchasing person but her husband , but at 53 yo. And I did not swear or throw tools I can only say what a great and sturdy product even tho we did add ground ties because the ground has already started to freeze and did not use the provided stakes. 10 stars if I could.. ... show more

cover was defective and the pull strap on one end that is ratcheted down to cinch the end closed was stitched into the cover preventing it from working properly. I called customer service and they told me i had the cover on upside down and sideways which was absolutely ridiculous. I replied Um yeah... not. then they said they said they did not think it would affect the use of the product and how about they give me a $25 credit and I accept it. I said no thank-you how about you send me a replacement top that works. they eventually did ship me a new cover. Thanks Kelly at customer service ... show more

We put this together recently and it went together easily. The instructions were easy to follow and all the parts were well marked. We laid everything out and counted the parts to make sure everything was present. Be sure to have a sturdy ladder for lifting the remaining side for leg placement. Two person recommended. Took about 2-3 hours total. I bought screw stakes separately to make sure the feet weren't going anywhere. ... show more
