Be sure to have a lot of hours to assemble takes 2 people. Instructions aren't the easiest to follow(reason for a 4 star) so double check you have the pieces the right way. After all said and done it is really sturdy and space saving totally worth the time, effort, and money. Just be prepared for a time consuming project.

This bed is great! The instructions were pretty straightforward to us, but I do understand how only having photos can be confusing for some. It took 2 adults a solid 6 hours to assemble so be prepared for a project. It’s tall enough for our 6 year old to stand comfortably underneath and saves so much space. We also save space by having the dresser now built in. Very sturdy and the lights are a wonderful touch!

I built it almost all the way by myself (58 yo woman) but needed my daughter's help to hold the rails on top while I was screwing the posts. There was in issue with the screws for the drawers handles, but after a little chat with customer service, it was resolved. I like the stairs on the side, as an older lady, I was worried about having to climb a ladder, and this is why I picked this item. I had enough room underneath to install a small desk and this was my "workspace" for a few weeks, until I found a bigger apartment. My twin mattress did fit perfectly in the frame, and it was very comfortable. I added a hanging pocket on the top rail, so I could put my phone and glasses at night. The let ribbon light is ok, not really my thing, but I used it, especially if I needed to get out of bed in the dark. It gave enough light for me to see where I were putting my feet. Overall, this would be a great bed for a teenager... I would have loved something like this in my teens years!!!

This bed is super cool!!! Very sturdy and my girl loves it! Complaints- it took two adults and two days to build this. A bit tricky and few of the instructions are next to impossible. - it is much taller than it appears in the pictures! It’s very very high up and no way to reduce the height, about 4 inches from the ceiling. -the stairs are soooooooo very steep and your bound to fall at least once a day. Looks beautiful but has some issues. Don’t we all lol
