These are pretty good! They are better for hardwood floors where we tested putting a 'glider' on them and they smoothly glide across the floor. They can be used with carpeted floors, of course, but not as glidey. We occasionally have slight minor difficulty getting these under the couch (ever so squeezed) as the couch sits very low to the floor. I would say the bars are about 1" thick so as long as your couch is 1"+ off the floor you should be fine. In terms of the tray it is really easy to clean. Seems sturdy to hold a lot of weight. Plenty of space for multiple dishes, or a napkin/flatware as well as a plate or cup. Would be big enough for crafts, too, I think. The cupholder is a joke and extremely flimsy, also not big enough to hold nearly any cup size except narrow ones. It is not too quick and smooth to adjust the height, it seems it is more meant to be set to 1 height level. It is a bit of an art and science to adjust the height and I've found I have to flip the entire table upside down since you have to push or pull on the leg while simultaneously pushing in the button, to get the height to change.

Best table I’ve ever had! I can move it around easily, it’s sleek and beautiful, has a cup holder I can slide in when I don’t need it. Plus the cup holder keeps items safe when closed if I need to put the table away. I absolutely love that the bar under the table allows me to tilt the table both ways in case I want the table turned the other way. Add to it that the table has a rounded, comfortable lip all the way around it to keep items from sliding off the table easily. It’s just overall a perfect buy!!!

Pros: Super quick and easy to unbox and put together. More compact than most when folded up. Design of table legs to slide under the couch is a fantastic feature, and so is the adjustable height. Cons: Table does not fold up unless you remove the cross-support at the bottom. It's easy to do with the provided tool, but it'd be nicer if this support clipped into place or was hinged instead; it's a hassle to always go find the tool when you want to fold the table. I feel like the description mis-represented this a bit, the fact it folded up mostly flat was a major factor in my decision to purchase the table. The bracket underneath the table to adjust the surface angle is difficult when you're *trying* to adjust it, but way too easy when you're not. If you lift the front edge of the table to pull it closer to you and the legs catch on the carpet at all, the bracket will pop loose and you'll flip the contents of the table all over. I always move the table with one hand on top, and the other hand holding the bracket underneath. The cup holder is a good feature, but its pretty shallow and wide, I definitely don't feel comfortable putting a cup/container with an open top in there, which kind of defeats the purpose for me. The cupholder is a ring with a removable bottom insert, I assume this is so that you could put larger cups in just the ring portion? But to stow the cupholder back inside the table when you're not using it, you have to push up on the bottom of the cupholder (or remove the bottom insert completely and store it elsewhere) in order to fit it past the angle bracket underneath; if it's a little stuck from holding a drink, don't push up too hard or that piece will go flying. Would be nice if the top rim of the cup holder had a little bit of an edge to prevent this, although that would remove the functionality for larger cups. Another option would be to change the placement of the cupholder back an inch or two, or the angle bracket forward a bit. Lastly: After only a few months of use, the top of the table is *very* bowed under and is no longer flat. I rarely fold the table up (since it's a pain to go find the tool, as mentioned above), but I don't load it with anything heavy either. This doesn't make it unusable for me, but it is definitely annoying, and combined with the other issues it leaves me a little disappointed with my purchase. I think I could have found something better for the price. Overall, it's a table, it works. The leg design means I can push it all the way up against the couch at one end to store it, instead of folding it flat. It does overhang/take up a seat on the couch when it's like that, but it's not the end of the world unless I have company over, and makes a decent side table that way. I do think I could have found something better if I had kept looking, and would not recommend this table unless the quality and design flaws were fixed.

I really like this adjustable table. It's perfect for a laptop, and it's really easy to adjust the height. The plastic tabletop is easy to clean and scratch-resistant. Overall, it’s a great choice for a budget-friendly stand.

I am using it now to sit on the couch in front of the TV to write my Christmas cards. It is sufficient for that. When I use my ink stamp to put the return address on the upper left corner, the table does not seem very sturdy because I have to use quite a bit of stamping power to make sure the ink shows up all of my return address. I have put a single plate and drinking glass plus silverware on it. It holds up well for that. I have not folded it yet (I'll revise this review later, after I finish my cards) and I did not use the cup/glass holder. My large, plastic glass did not fit into the hole. For the price, it is suiting my purpose. I would not have paid any more than I did. It came in a narrow box the size of the table top. It was easy to put together. The legs did not slide under the couch because my couch sits low on the tile.
