It came with a bonus workout poster which was very very helpful! I went to the beach and filled all 3 sacks with sand. Did a bit of a test workout there and loved it! Honestly the ability to add 25 pounds per sack is more than enough for a typical workout. I bench 285 and deadlift 395. This sandbag is perfect for some active recovery and a good workout. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Many straps to use which is a major plus in my views.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️My concern in ordering one of these is that it would rip or tear with rugged use. I have put this bag through the wringer and it looks like it could be used in the middle of a tug of war and still come out unscathed. It has added a whole new dimension to my workouts and my only regret is not buying this earlier for my training. The sand tubes were easy to fill, are marked for weight and sealed up nice and tight - no leaks! I like that there are 3 and I can fill to different levels to add to a progressive workout plan. Well thought out. The designer is definitely someone who works out! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Doesn't exactly hold as much as the sand bag inserts say...might be off by a pound or two but was easy to fill and has been quality made. Nice little setup for beginners starting out with sandbags

The packaging had already been opened and then tapped shut. Once I pulled the bag out I noticed it was stained all over. Makes me think I was sent a used bag…. UPDATE: The seller immediately got ahold of me and sent a new bag. Amazing customer service. The bag its self has been pretty great and I love the versatility of it.

Love this sand bag. The thickness of the bag itself is nice and durable . I’ve dragged it around , dropped it , etc. the handles seem to be holding up really well so far after a few months of abuse . Wish there was a couple different/more handle positions but all in all I have no complaints other than if you’ve only got one sandbag in it’s really floppy.

They do not ship the unit shown in the pictures, you receive one that has 4 grips on each side, no side handles and it zips on the end. The bags are too small and tight which makes it less of a sand bag and more just very stiff. The quality of the material is good overall but again not what is advertised and just overall, for 20 more bucks buy a Rep bag instead no regrets. I ordered this twice by the way to verify that they don't send what is advertised.

This sand bag is great, very well built, and love that the handles are riveted on! Only thing I didn’t care for was, it was kind difficult to get the sand bags through the zipper opening once the bags were full. But I love this product
