I can’t believe how effective this is…. I have recently had foot surgery and can’t walk. At physical therapy (PT) they make me use strengthening bands all the time. At home though, I needed something that mimics what the therapists does and allow me to help myself while at home. I originally order a set of bands, all different colors for different resistance weights yet, this is what I received. I was thinking of returning it until I realized I can do most of the same exercises that I do at PT. So, I kept this instrument and tried using it and it’s actually a better system because I can do things I can’t do with bands alone. This tool has made it far more comfortable, it allows me to target the areas I want to target and as I improve, the items included can build the resistance until I max out. Everything is made well with quality materials. It’s easy to use, very comfortable while using it and designed to build up my resistance while improving the areas I'm working on. Now, instead of just my foot, I can use this for my whole body. This is a win-win piece of equipment that will hopefully get me walking again soon. ... show more

I love this set! I had ordered a similar item previous to this and it was not as well made and was average quality... I wish I had found this one first. First off, I really love the design of this one and the materials used... There are the three stretch bands that are 30 pounds of resistance each that attach with very sturdy clips on each end. The clips and hooks on the ends of all of these are very thick and durable...great quality and I did not find myself worried that that was going to break. The handle portion is very thick and again durable... it didn't bend and there is ample space for my hands. The foot pedal areas are a loose loop, but again they are very well designed and very durable, and I found that I prefer this over the ones that are already formed like a bicycle pedal... The loose loop allows for almost any foot size to fit in there and then it conforms around the foot. Functions as intended without issue... I was able to raise and lower my legs while holding on to the handle and there is plenty of resistance. If it is too much resistance, you can take off a band or two. Great quality and design and good pricing... This is a good value for what you receive and definitely recommend this one to others. ... show more

I am really impressed with this adjustable foot pedal resistance band set! I've only been using it for about three days, and I can already feel that my muscles have been getting a great workout. I've been on a weight loss journey for the past year, and now that I've lost weight, I wanted something to help me tone and firm up. So far, this has been exactly what I was looking for. The three 30-pound resistance bands are excellent, and I love that you can increase the resistance as you get stronger. I started with the 30-pound setup but got a little overconfident and decided to try all 90 pounds just to see what it felt like. If you haven't been working out regularly, I definitely don't recommend jumping straight to 90 pounds—it will leave your muscles very sore! But that's a testament to how well this system works. The equipment feels sturdy, well-made, and durable. The handles are comfortable, and everything feels secure during workouts. Another big plus is the included storage bag. The entire set is compact, lightweight, and takes up very little space, making it perfect for home workouts or even traveling. Overall, this is an excellent value for anyone looking to strengthen their core, arms, legs, and overall fitness without needing bulky gym equipment. I’m partially disabled and have a heart condition, so I spend a lot of my time at home. I do have a gym membership, but I can’t always get to the gym, so with this set I can still get a workout in on the days I can’t leave my home. The 30 pound bands offer plenty of resistance for me to be able to get a good workout in on both my upper and lower body. I use this seated in a chair and can almost immediately feel the resistance working. I work up a sweat every time I use them, and my workouts only last 15-20 minutes. The foot pedals are durable and tough and definitely work as they should. I’m not any kind of an expert on workout equipment, and I’m 60 years old, so with my health I’m not a fitness fanatic of any kind, but these definitely help me stay in shape and work my muscles effectively right from the comfort of my own home.
