There are so many different exercises you can do with this set. Packaging is solid with denser cardboard so they arrived in perfect shape. Pros - Great design and materials. These adjustable dumbbells are really convenient and save a lot of space compared to a full rack of weights. Switching between different weight settings is quick and easy, and they feel solid overall during workouts. The only minor drawback is that the plates can feel a little loose at times, especially during faster movements, so you have to make sure they’re securely clicked in before starting your set. Aside from that, they’re perfect for strength training at home and provide a lot of versatility in one compact set.

Quick and easy to change weights on the fly. I like the large grip and the fact that the dumbbell feels the same regardless of the amount of weight you are working out with. They are well made and the mechanism to shift the weights works well, but there is some resistance so I don't feel like it will slip while working out.

I decided to start getting back in shape, and if you’ve ever worked out with weights, you know how annoying it can be to constantly add or remove plates to change your load. That’s what led me to try these smart adjustable dumbbells and honestly, they’re a game changer. At first, I didn’t quite get how they worked. I tried turning the handle and spinning it, but nothing seemed to change. Then I realized the trick, you have to place the dumbbell in its base first. The base unlocks the mechanism, and once it’s seated, you can twist the handle to select your desired weight, anywhere from 5 to 25 pounds. Once I figured that out, I was impressed. The design is really clever. The weights feel solid, they come in a sleek black finish, and switching between weights is quick and easy. I also appreciate that I can start light and build up, since, let’s be honest, 25 pounds per hand was a bit much to start with! Overall, these dumbbells are super convenient, ingeniously designed, and great for anyone who wants a compact, adjustable workout solution. Big thumbs up from me.

The media could not be loaded. I'm impressed with this set of adjustable dumbbells. It's ready right out of the box, which is awesome. They're very easy to adjust to the weight you want and they come in and out of the holder smoothly. They seem to be a good quality and should last a long time. I love the small footprint, they can easily fit just about anywhere without getting in the way. A set of separate dumbbells can be crazy expensive so I feel that this set is quite cost effective. I think dumbbells are a must for any home gym as they can be used in so many different ways, so I'm very happy to have this set that didn't break the bank or take up a ton of space. I really like them and I'm sure I'll be using them a lot.
