The media could not be loaded. They are very convenient if you are looking to do a quick workout. I do not enjoy gyms so being able to stay at home and use these weights to get me a little stronger is perfect for me. I haven't had any problems with the plates or the adjustments when I choose my weight. Keep in mind, they are a little thicker when it comes to handling than regular dumbbells, but honestly that beats going all the way to the gym to work out around a lot of people you don't like. Plus, I'm not a meathead, I do not workout 4 hours every day, I just do the bare minimum to lose a little bit of fat.
