Just received. So far it has been useful for helping with strength training post shoulder surgery. Weight accurate. Easy to add weight at ends to make it up to 5 pounds. Has good grip on handled. Ends are covered in plastic, so be careful not to drop them since they may crack.Good price.

Easily adjustable and doesn't roll

I broke my shoulder and needed a hand weight for home PT. What I love about this is I can make one weight as heavy as 7 lbs by stealing weight attachments from the other weight! I also love how it's a hexagon shape so it doesn't roll off where I set it.
