At first the screws would come loose but then i figured out that it has a ring then the screw which keeps it from lossening while in use. I buy this dumbbell set because I don’t have time go gym now. It come fast and package not broken, which is nice. The weight is adjustable so I can make light or heavy depend my workout. I like the connector, now I can make barbell easy. Also it can change to kettlebell or push up stand too, so really many function in one set. The material feel strong, not cheap. Only thing is it take little time to switch between, but no big problem. I use it almost everyday now. Good price for what you get. Recommend for people want workout at home!

I had these for about 6 months now and they are pretty good and get the job done when working out. They are pretty durable and should last a while and the material seems pretty good as well. The only problem I have with them is that having to put everything together and apart over and over again is really annoying sometimes, especially when the little red things you put at the end of the weights decide to not want to come off. Also it has a really annoying smell that just does not go away.
