This is a great dumbbell set for my work out at home. Easy to store. Does not take much space. Reasonable price. I love the feel of the material. Smooth. I can still see the dumbbell set under the table and remind me to exercise every morning. 🙂It comes with a very useful information sheet for different exercises that I can do. I think this is great for complete beginners. The weights are very light and not challenging for me personally. The kettlebell portion is a great idea in theory, but it is very awkward for some of the kettlebell exercises because of its unusual shape. For the basics it is just fine. The product is well made, easy to use, and takes up little space. I wish it had heavier weights.
