I’ve been using these for my at-home workouts, and they’ve been great. The weight adjusts easily, and the grip feels really comfortable ... even when my hands get sweaty. The handle has a slight texture to it, so it’s easy to hold onto without slipping. They don’t take up much space, and they feel sturdy and well-balanced. For the price, you're getting a full set of adjustable weights that can be used daily without taking up room or needing a ton of dumbbells lying around. Just this one pair covers several weight ranges, so it’s like getting multiple sets in one. I looked at other adjustable dumbbells that were way more expensive, and honestly ... these do the same thing for a fraction of the cost! I’ve already used them more than I thought I would, and they’ve held up great with no signs of wear. They’ve saved me money on a gym membership and space in my house. I don't know why they market these as weights for women, as anyone who is working out with exercises that need small dumbells will benefit from these. Easily adjustable to different weights, they have a nice texture that makes for a good grip. The width between the plates is good for my large hands, and I've found them an extremely useful additional to my workout tools.

I ordered these for my husband who has been really wanting some adjustable weights. Overall, he was quite pleased. The grip was comfortable for him and he was happy with the quality. He spent some time putting them in different combinations and found that quite easy to do. These are also pretty reasonably priced, comparable to other sets that he had been looking at in person. Now will he actually get around to working out with them? That I don't know, but he now has a nice set of dumbbells for when (if) he chooses to do so.

Overall these are pretty cool. They are a nice weight and are indeed 8 pounds. Each plate is a little more than a pound so in total a little more than 8 pounds. Changing the weight can be a little tricky, the end piece is different than the others so you can’t lose them. You have to push a button them twist which is a little awkward. Getting them on is much easier, just line them up correctly. I gave 4 stars because of the lack of place to put the pieces you aren’t using. That is just asking for them to get lost. Also every time you change the weight you have to do a little mental math, not a big deal, just annoying. It would be nice to have a carrying case and possibly have the pieces labels with numbers to indicate total weight, not just one pound.

Nice set of adjustable dumbbells. It's very easy to add or remove weight. The grip is comfortable for men or women. This is so much easier than having a metal pyramid full of different size weights. It takes up like 1/4 of the space. It's safer because I seemed to always drop or knock off other weights with the pyramid rack. It saves money because you don't have to buy $100+ dollars worth of weights that take up more space anyway. Cool product

Innovative adjustable dumbbell set, with weights ranging from 2 to 10 lbs on each of 2 handheld bars. Each bar has a base weight of 2 lbs, with increments of 1 lb on each end that twist and snap securely into place. The bar grips are smooth and comfortable to handle. Weight "blocks" are easily and quickly added to the bars or removed to reach the desired weight. Most likely blocks would be added (or removed) equally to each end of the bar to keep it balanced, so the bars are practically 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10 lbs each. Individual weight blocks are also usable without the bar, and twist together in the same way. I am using mine to strengthen my knee and hip muscles: I place the desired amount of blocks in a bag, and lift the bag by the handle with my foot. Works great! With the weights in this package, you can connect up to 16 lbs if you are not using the base weighted bars. These are versatile, well made, and a good value.

The media could not be loaded. Nice set of lighter adjustable weights for workout. Easy to adjust. Simply twist and turn weights. The trick is to hold down the sliding tab and turn it into a clockwise direction. It might be difficult if you have arthritis in your hand. The twisting motion and gripping the small tab to slide the weight in place can be tricky. Weight grips are good. They are grippy and easy to hold. It has a rubbery and secure feel. The grip is wide offering lots of area to hold and do many different workouts. Weights are a good size doesn’t take up much room. Picture shows a comparison next to large adjustable weight. Slim and streamline. Easy to store. Honestly the pink is cool. It’s not a feminine color when you’re in the weight room. Adds color to my otherwise dull color items in my home gym. I like the pink because it is different. Overall, a good value for adjustable weights. They work well and are not too expensive for equipment that gets you strong.
