So they are space saving & neatly stored in there holder. These you just click the handle to adjust weight adjustment from 3 pounds up to 25 pounds each & the grip is just right, will not slip out of your hands very comfortable working out with ease of use & the non slip grip makes them very safe to work with. These adjustable dumbbells are value priced and meet similar quality standards as competitor's dumbbells that are priced higher. The trays that support the dumbbells initially arrived damaged in shipping, but the vendor generously sent a replacement dumbbell and tray set that arrived in good condition. I've been pleased with the ease and functionality of setting various weight increments and the dumbbells operate as I expected.

The 55 lb. adjustable dumbbell set is easily adjustable and feels secure when using. It is also easy to store. The set did arrive promptly, although there was damage to the outer shipping box, and one of the support trays was found to be cracked when I opened it. I contacted Fit Sir via email; they responded promptly and are sending a replacement tray. Excellent customer support, reasonable pricing, and a great product.

The weight adjustment is super smooth, literally takes like a second to switch weights which saves a huge headache and makes it easier to change exercises.
