It works great. I love it. What I always needed. I cut a tiny slit in the back for my shop vac hose to pull all the paint dust back ward and out. I hung a led light tube overhead for lighting. It does take a few minutes of awkwardness to set up. Best with 2 people. But it does get easier with practice. I highly recommend it. ... show more

This has a large footprint. I would bet a person could fit a full size mattress in it. With that being said, navigating around 2 saw horses wasn’t as easy as it should have been. It would be better if there was more front to back depth. Right out of the carrying bag, it was nearly impossible to figure out top from bottom and how to lay this out. Make your life easy and look at the website photo before you try to assemble and have 2 people. The assembly instructions lack a lot of detail. They were minimally helpful. Looking at Amazon’s photo was all I needed to figure it out. The poles are really long and it takes a lot of finessing the fabric to get them situated in order to allow the poles to attach to the base pins. I set this up by myself and it took over 30 minutes. Mostly because poor instructions and working with the extremely long poles, in my space. The tent appears to be sturdy construction. It is nylon; therefore, the floor is slipper. I had hiking shoes on and was slipping. The biggest dislike, besides assembling it, is that the screen door is held in place with a few measly pieces of Velcro and they are placed on the outside door frame. I would have appreciated a dual side fastener so that I could more easily secure the screen while painting. It will do the trick for a home DIY project, and serve as a guest cottage. Awesome temporary setup for a spray booth. I got the large size in order to help protect the surrounding area from overspray when painting my cabinet doors. It would also help keep airborne debris and pollen off the doors. Once I figured out what the directions meant about the pole orientation it was an easy set up. Seems like a great value to me. In pursuit of my hobbies, I sometimes have occasion to do some rattle can spray painting. I don't do nearly enough of it to justify buying one of those fancy hobby spray booths. Usually, I just go outside and do my spray painting on old newspapers. Living in New England, there are several months each year during which this is not feasible. Those short, dark, depressing winter days are the times when I need my hobbies the most. Our garage is unheated and so, unsuitable. I built my own spray booth out of corrugated boxes, but it's only marginally satisfactory. It's difficult to see what I am doing. It doesn't fold flat, so when it's not in use, it's an elephant sitting in a corner of my hobby area. One of the things I like about this spray booth is that it folds into a small flat package. More about that later. Amazon, in their desire to be loved is continually making 'suggestions', allegedly based upon my prior purchases. I can't imagine which of my purchases they based this suggestion on, but it looked like a pretty good idea. I chose the small size, which is huge in terms of the projects that I am normally working on. It pops up easily, and the fabric is translucent, allowing enough light to filter through that I can see what is going on. There's a velcro panel in the back wall which will allow the addition of an exhaust fan. The issue of fumes should not be ignored, especially if you are spraying in an enclosed space. So far, I haven't felt the need, but my spray projects are small quick ones. I have to say that folding this thing back up is weird and fiddly. If you lack patience, you will probably find it frustrating. Your only chance is to follow the instructions that are sewn into the cover. So far, I've only used this 3 times, so it may be I will develop the knack with further use. Would I buy this again? I think so. Not having used it for a long term, I can't speak to it's durability.
