I recently started a small home gym and wanted to maximize space while being able to do the most with minimal equipment. I already had two adjustable dumbbells and an adjustable bench, but I felt I was missing a barbell. After researching adjustable barbells, I finally decided on this one. After using it for a couple of weeks, I have to say this is exactly what I was looking for! Assembly was simple, and docking/changing the weights couldn’t be easier. It’s comfortable in the hand and feels very sturdy. If you plan on buying this and switching between the three modes often, I’d probably advise against that since the barbell mode involves screws that you won’t want to mess with mid-workout. As it stands now, I’ll keep this in Barbell mode, and if I want a kettlebell or more dumbbells, I’ll just purchase this again. 5 stars all the way around!

This is exactly what I needed to minimize wasting space. This honestly is a great all-in-one product. I’ve been using it everyday since setting it up. Very comfortable to use, and transforming from one to the other takes two minutes to do, worst case scenario. The pins are magnetized, so they don’t move or slip out, preventing the units to fall apart mid exercise. It’s also fun to click around the weights.

**update The kettle bell and dumbbell still work but just be aware this is for 1 dumbbell and not a set. Right out of the box, the first thing I did was try to assemble the barbel and I the connecting long rod x2 and short rods x2 are missing.
