These pillows from Flexpedic arrived vacuum sealed in two rolls that opened to full size with little effort. The packaging was tight so I had to be careful not to cut the pillows when opening with scissors. There was a information card stating how to fluff the pillow and it shaped up easily with a bit of tossing. There is a short zipper that allows you to see the contents of stuffing. It looks identical to what my mom uses when she makes decorative pillows that is bought from a craft store. These pillows were very soft to sleep on and I have been enjoying them With the type of stuffing that is inside, I do not know how well they will remain fluffy. Because of this stuffing I thought these pillows were priced rather high thus the reason for only 4 stars even though I like sleeping on them.

I've never even heard of an adjustable pillow before, let alone own one. But now that I've tried this particular type, I don't think I can ever go back to any other kind! These pillows are a game changer when it comes to a perfect night's sleep. I love the fact that they can be modified for specific needs based on individual comfort and support levels. My spouse and I don't have the same tastes in pillows, I prefer them to be a bit more flat, whereas they prefer their pillow to be as fluffy as can be. The fact that I didn't have to order two different pillows for us is a major convenience factor. These pillows are an incredible value for your money. They are functional, durable, not to mention high quality and uniquely designed as well. I'd definitely order them again!

What a difference a good pillow makes! This pillow set fluffed up quickly right out of the package which was packed in super tight. There was no weird smell when I opened them which usually happens with new pillows. I let them fully expand for 48 hours as per the instructions. They have a soft feel but still have enough firm support to keep my neck comfortable through the night. I am a side sleeper and I like that I can adjust them a bit to get the right firmness. The white material and gray piping gives them a clean look that doesn’t show through my pillowcases. I have been sleeping well with these and use them every night.

I have been using these for a few nights now and they actually hold their shape really well. When I lay down, they feel soft at first but still give enough support so my head is not sinking too far in, and I am not constantly flipping them around trying to get comfortable. I like that I can adjust the fill if needed, but even as they came, they felt balanced and not overly stuffed or flat. By morning they are not completely flattened like some pillows get, and they fluff back up easily. They have been comfortable for both side and back sleeping without needing to keep adjusting them.
