Would love to have another one!
Unboxing reveals a handful of pre-assembled bits that bolt together faster once you crack the code on which unlabeled piece goes where—study the exploded diagrams closely, and the included sanding block makes cleaning up any scuff or burs a cinch. Once built, the high-density polystyrene frame handles my 220-lb frame with no flex, and the realistic wood-grain texture actually fools neighbors into thinking it’s painted wood—minus the rot or constant upkeep. The ergonomic backrest and wide arms cradle you into a comfortably slouched posture, perfect for sipping iced tea or stoking a firepit, and cleanup is as easy as a quick soap-and-water wipedown. It looks sharp on my front porch, won’t warp in rain or fade under sun, and I’d be happy to buy a second one soon.

it's summer!
I'm a woodworker who's built dozens of Adirondack chairs over the years - for friends, family, and myself. So I know what goes into making one. This chair holds up surprisingly well, especially at this price point. Honestly, I would be hard pressed to source the materials for what this costs. The design is classic and straightforward. While I personally prefer a curved back for added comfort and a more refined look, this flat-back version still does the job nicely. Assembly was quick and easy—just a few minutes with the included Allen wrench. Overall, it's a solid chair and a great value if you're looking for that iconic summer seating without the hassle of building it yourself.

Comfortable and Heavy Duty
The chair once put together is heavy duty and will do very well under most any conditions can throw at it.... Including windy. That was important as we live part time in desert and wind storms are not rare. This is a dark gray black and it is pretty comfortable. It is lower to the ground so if getting in and out is an issue this chair maybe difficult. We will add a cushion and set next to our gas fire pit and water feature outside. Nice place to just sit and veg out looking at stars. This chair is great for that. Aesthetically not an eye sore as well... Putting together is biggest con... Instructions are so so and we had a thread come out on arm and not able separate with bolt now. We will get a new one Home Depot. There was a lil guess work but once together you'll be happy.. 4.5 of r5 star

Wonderful chair
This is a great chair. It was easy to put together because the instructions were wonderful. It feels very durable and the color looks great. Perfect for a patio or firepit and no need to worry about the rain since they are weather resistant. It is a comfortable chair without a cushion, but a cushion might make it just a bit better.

Good looking chair but ours was broken
Chair pieces were packed well with plenty of styrofoam and pieces were initially looking great when taking out of the box. Starting assembly was easy as the instructions are step by step and clear. Pieces are not labeled with corresponding stickers but it's not that hard to figure them out based on the pictures in the instructions. The finish seems pretty good although I would test it with some old clothes before anything more valuable. Unfortunately during assembly, we had a problem. I went to grab the seat part from the box around step 5 or 6 or so and one of the flats (the first/front one on the seat) was completely split through at one end. With the plastic material used in construction of the chair I don't think it's easily repairable. I would recommend checking all the pieces, even the ones that are pre-assembled, to be sure everything is intact on this chair.

$80 at the time of order
Good quality chair. I like how you don't need to paint it. The chair is very stable and well built. No issues with putting it together. All the bolts and tools are supplied. It takes roughly 15 minutes to assemble. When sitting in the chair it's very comfortable and a good height for me. I'm 5'10 170lbs and I fit perfect in the seat. The only issue I can possibly say is the dark color absorbs the hot sun if left in the sun light and it can be really hot. Pretty obvious so use common sense. Other than that it's a heavy chair due to the solid composite construction. Great value.
