This is an excellent backpack. We bought it to replace the identical adidas Foundation model that lasted over three years of heavy daily use — in and out of a locker, carrying schoolwork, and being tossed on the floor. The only reason we replaced it was because one of the mesh water bottle pockets finally ripped. The new one has the same great quality, value, and look. Highly recommend for any high school or college student who needs a backpack that can handle serious wear and tear. This is a larger size, but you can take it on a plane. Ordered this and two others for an annual donation for Foster children — I lived in SW PA for 70 years — now in Upstate SC — there are exponentially more Foster children here than I have been aware of anywhere else — so glad to serve in this way — although this backpack is loaded with new unused school supplies, I can very clearly see that this is a durable, well made item — some deserving child is going to get a lot of use from this pack with no concerns for durability or versatility — plenty of pockets and a nice area to protect a Laptop or iPad ... show more
