The media could not be loaded. Addmotor has since contacted me, and is attempting to fix the problem, so I want adjust my review to reflect their effort to contact me and make sure I'm happy with my purchase. We had some serious miscommunication issues, and I was NOT easy to deal with. In fact, I told them I was going to chunk my bike of this mesa and run it over with my Jeep, and post it to YouTube...🤦♂️ And, YES, I was!🤺 I bet it would have had a lot of views... Anyway, fortunately, the staff at Addmotor were patient with me, and are working to resolve this issue, so I'm cutting them some slack. They did reach out to me to make things right, and that's all anyone can ask. They even offered to send me a replacement chain, for free... I offered to pay for the chain because I broke it... And thats where we are now. I'm not sure why I had such problems getting in touch with them, but they reached out to me to make things right, which greatly reassured me. The fact that they reached out to me says a lot, and the fact that they dealt so graciously with an angry customer REALLY impressed me. I'd much rather ride this bike than run it over with my Jeep! Whoop Whoop!🤺 *Bought this bike a month ago, rode it twice and the chain blasted into 3 pieces. Chain broke 3miles into the woods. I'd stopped on a hill and think the torque was too much to restart rode her pretty hard for about a month. Inspection looks like one of the links was faulty. Reached out to company they are sending new chain right away.

I've had this bike for about 4 months now and put on approximately 250 mi mainly on smooth highways/roads and paved trails. From day one nothing has worked properly on this bike. I've had it in at a local bike shop to have the derailleur adjusted and the brakes looked at and adjusted. Worked somewhat better after that, but still disappointing. The derailleur continues to not positively shift, shifts randomly on it's own, makes intermittent noises and the chain has fallen off a number of times seemingly for no reason. The brakes are not smooth and grind to a stop. There is a noise coming from the front fork or tire that comes and goes and is a mystery. The shift lever had to be bent to work because it hit the twist throttle-poorly engineered. I've had a few instances where despite having a fully charged battery, the pedal assist/motor would not engage. I did bring these issues up with the company and they told me to bring it to a bike shop and they would pay the bill. I've already done all that(just paid the bill myself) and pretty much everything on this bike still works substandard. It's a shame, but I'm probably going to be forced to have a local bike shop strip off all the factory components and have them replaced with better quality ones that work better. I have other bikes that I paid less than 1k for that work way better than this one-I gave it 2 stars because when it is working, it is a fast and fun bike to ride. I will not however, order a bike online again and this bike is real disappointment for 3 grand... ... show more
