    • Sufficient non-Wi-Fi monitor, Excellent customer service
We purchased this monitor set with the two cameras a couple of years ago. About 6 months ago, I had the parent monitor in my back pocket outside and I bumped something, breaking the antenna off. The monitor still worked but the connection was spotty. After contacting customer service, they promptly offered a 15% discount on a new parent unit. However, we had to put the purchase on hold for a few months due to financial constraints. When we were ready to purchase the new one, BabySense agreed to still honor the discount so I purchased a new parent unit as well as an additional camera because we’re expecting a 3rd child later this year. They said they’d process the discount credit after the item shipped. I didn’t think more about it until the new units arrived, so I check my account and noticed the credit hadn’t been processed. I contacted BabySense and they apologized for the delay and also offered to discount the camera unit I had purchased as well due to their delay in processing the parent monitor discount. I appreciated the extra offer as I hadn’t anticipated a discount for the camera since that wasn’t what we’d originally discussed. They’ve been very accommodating, which I appreciate! As far as quality goes, the monitor set has been sufficient for our needs (no Wi-Fi connection, night vision, multiple camera connections and split screen to monitor multiple beds at night, audio and mic connection capable, decent range to be indoor or outdoors while baby naps). The picture quality is a bit grainy and the zoom is only one step, but those are minor issues. ... show more

We have the baby monitor that goes with these cameras and it pairs so easily to the monitor. We now have three cameras connected and plan to add a fourth for full view of our home while the nanny is with the kids. I loved how easy this was to pair and hand up as well. I purchased an extra camera because one of mine stopped working. I reached out to customer service and they tried helping me trouble shoot the broken one, but to no avail, it did not work. The company refunded me for purchasing the extra camera! Excellent customer service!
