No Regrets. 4 years strong.
Color: Gray
Just buy it. You have found what you need. I bought my first in 2022 as a new LPN working home health, it served me through 7 home visits 5 days a week. Then I transitioned to Long Term care and it was in my daily arsenal each shift. Here we are 4 years later and I am an RN on a cardiac heavy step down in the hospital and I still use it every shift. Dynamaps are great, but there is no accuracy like your ears and a good manual sphyg. I love the versatility of this thing. It connects to the cuffs we use in the hospital allowing me to just carry to handheld in my pocket as I go room to room. The one handed operation is fantastic and the gauge being right there at your hand makes it incredibly easy to see. There is a lifetime warranty on the calibration. My 4 year old unit was launched onto the floor the other day and sadly was the blow that finally knocked it out of calibration. I have already boxed it up to have it repaired by ADC, and immediately jumped on here to buy another one to use in the meantime. Everyone I let borrow it LOVES it and ask about where I got it and the price. If you are a nurse, EMT, or paramedic, you can't go wrong by adding this to your gear. ... show more

I LOVE THIS!!!!!!!!!!
Color: Black
As an EMT and a nurse, BEST BP CUFF EVER!!! Super easy to use, and, the best part? I don’t have to scramble trying to figure out where to clip on the meter while trying to screw/unscrew the cuff. Just slightly add pressure to the button on the back and done. Once you figure it out there’s no going back to regular BP cuffs. Unless, of course, you use a fancy manual cuff. But I 100% recommend buying this. ... show more

It's worth it
Color: Black
I take blood pressures on a daily basis in my job. My company provides cuffs but they are low quaility and awkward to use. I owned a cuff similar to this one a few years ago and used it until it wore out. I decided to make life a touch easier and purchased this one. It seems to be accurate. The two features that are most important are that you use a trigger and don't have to twist anything. The other feature, and the best, is that you can hold the dial wherever you need to since it's in your hand and not clipped to the cuff. For example, if you are having a hard time seeing the dial due to glare from a light, you can tilt it and eliminate the problem. That works if you're having trouble with your bifocals, too! I expect to use this cuff until I wear it out and then buy another one just like it. ... show more

Great cuff, some minor concerns.
Color: Black
I really like this bp cuff. The trigger system is easy to use and you can easily control how fast or slow the cuff deflates even at higher pressures. The cuff itself is made a of a plasticy type material which some people don't like but I prefer because it makes it easier to wipe/clean. The gauge does have a luminescent dial and markings/numbers but you have to intentionally put it up to a light for like 30 seconds to get it to glow in the dark afterwards. The connector piece which connects the gauge to the cuff tube is plastic and looks like it could be a point of failure and also uses a tiny o-ring to make a seal. The part is called the 804CN plastic luer connector which you can see here, click on model options, 71[...]). It is possible to buy replacement ones from random online dealers, which I plan to do just so I have a few extra just in case. I've also seen one or two reviews where the company sent replacement ones for free. The gauge is plastic on the outside but doesn't feel that cheap, however, I wouldn't trust this thing to survive a few drops. Overall I think it's a great cuff, it does the job well and makes bp's much easier to take, just treat it gently. I will update this review after using it for a few months. Honestly for me, I'm using this one until I can afford something like the Heine Gamma GP. ... show more

Hospice nurse approved!
Color: Purple
I am a hospice RN and I simple love how easy this device makes my job! I was so tired of fumbling with balancing the sphygmomanometer somewhere I could actually see the numbers. It is very accurate and I love it so much that I bought another one when I accidentally left mine at a pt home. I purposely bought the purple one the second time so it would stand out and I wouldn’t leave it sitting amongst my patient’s belongings. I highly recommend!! ... show more

Very Poor design
Color: Purple
I ordered one of these cuffs and within two days of using as a Home Health Nurse it was broken, sent it back and received a replacement and it has been returned did not break yet, but bulb unit will not stay attached and it has fallen off several times during use and I was able to catch it. Also the rubber had a bend in it making it very likely to break at any time. Very cheaply made for the price they want for it.........don't buy it!!! ... show more
