If you’re looking for a blow up bed with excellent comfort this one is for you! You must charge the inflator because when I first tried to use it by itself and there was no charge so keep that in mind (I don’t mind it since I can just charge it without a problem but if you’re looking for one that’s already charged then you need to have patience with you). There is a bag that goes along with it for traveling so that’s a plus for me as well as a negative. I don’t need to get a replacement just yet but will update this if so to have a review on customer service. But overall, I love this bed and if you like luxury-like comfort blow up beds for camping this one is for you Pros: ⚫️ This is a low bed if you’re considering using this as a bed for your tent but be sure if it can fit in yours (I have a 6 person tent to fit in mine so be sure you have plenty of room) ⚫️Blowing up bed is not a problem ⚫️Comfortable and able to sleep soundly ⚫️Can fit a person who is 6’2 and below! Two person good for couples Cons: ⚫️Need to charge the inflator machine first before use ⚫️Takes time to inflate so patience is key ⚫️Deflates little by little after 4 uses so you need to keep inflator with you when camping or doing any kind of outdoor activities (but again not a problem for me since I have a power-bank to use for charge I recommend one if you’re going to stay out outdoors for more than 2-3 days) ⚫️Bed is hard to pack inside bag that comes in package so be sure to fold it correctly this is time consuming ... show more

Just a reminder to purchase, I had company come over and didnt realize you have to charge pump for 4 hours prior to inflation, foot pump doesnt work well but mattress is comfortable.

I picked this particular airbed b/c of the rechargeable pump, which I thought was a great idea. Unfortunately the pump seems unable to inflate the mattress to "firm" no matter how long I charge it. The point ended up being moot anyway b/c the bed doesn't appear to hold air. Either that or it never stops stretching - hard to say. I didn't detect a leak, but I did follow the instructions. The instructions say to inflate the bed 2 hours before 1t time use to allow for "stretching out" of the vinyl. Well I inflated mine SIX DAYS before first use, and it never held air for even 24 hours. I had to re-inflate every day. I don't think the pump is sufficiently powered to really even inflate the mattress to full firmness anyway. (A USB powered air pump sounded too good to be true and I guess it was...) Apparently I can't even get a refund. I purchased this in March but didn't need it until June 9th, and I inflated it first on June 2nd as I was setting up for guests. Waste of money. ... show more

I bought 2 of these mattresses for a camping trip we took a week ago. One held air very well and one lost air after about 4-5 hours, which wasn't great for my back. I had to fill it in the middle of the night. Both air pumps worked but one held the charge for the 5 days and the other one popped out after using 2 days. I changed them both fir 12 hours before leaving. All in all, I do like these mattresses and will return the bad one for another. I also decided to purchase a Coleman mattress as a backup for the next trip. ... show more
