Product is great value for money but if it accidentally falls off bed it may crack. Be careful not to let it slide off. Rubber is on it to help prevent sliding but being used in a commercial space with many customers they are bound to get knocked off bed.

The rubber stoppers on the bottom of the piece fell out 1 by 1 within 4 days. It's not a good look when I client hands you parts. I had to superglue all 4 pieces in myself. Not ideal.

Just a bit smaller than I thought, but otherwise a great buy! It's very sturdy and while some complain that it not a pillow, the picture obviously shows it being made of hard acrylic so I knew what I was getting. The feet grip well without sliding and the best part is the tan line you get from the dark solid pillows is No More! ... show more

    • The acrylic needs to be thickened and straightened.
I like the shape, however the acrylic breaks and cracks quite often. They’re used in a tanning salon and last about a month before the corner(s) beak off. They are way too flimsy and need to be remanufactured of thicker acrylic.

The problem was there was a crack in the acrylic upon opening the package. I feel as if the problem was either a quality control problem or a problem with packaging and shipping. I bought this for a gift to a friend who recently bought a tanning bed for home use. I haven't heard any complaints, so we can assume that it is functioning correctly. I know it was shipped fast and well packaged.
