Good machine for beginners Review: I have used it a few times now and so far I like it. Setup took a little time, but it was not too hard if you follow the instructions. I am still new to laser engraving, so I wanted something simple to start with, and this one has been good for that. The engraving result looks pretty nice and the lines come out clear. I use it for small projects and it does what I need. So far it has been running well and I have not had any big problems with it. Overall, I think this is a good starter machine and worth buying if you are just getting into laser engraving.

Really impressed with this little machine. Set it up in about 20 minutes and was engraving on wood right away. The 6000mW laser is strong enough for clean cuts and detailed designs. The software connected without hassle and there are plenty of free templates to get started. Build quality feels sturdy for the price. Great for hobbyists or anyone just getting into laser engraving. Would recommend!

i recently got the acmer s1 laser engraver for my crafting hobbies, and i'm impressed with how well it works. the included acmerstudio software is user-friendly, and it also supports lightburn and lasergrbl for more options. the precise engraving detail is top-notch, excellent for my intricate designs on wood and acrylic. i love that it can cut various materials like leather and plastic too, adding versatility to my projects. the preassembled setup was a breeze, and the compact size fits well in my small workspace. if there's one small thing to improve, maybe clearer instructions for beginners would be helpful. overall, a solid choice for anyone looking to start laser engraving. very well packaged, will not arrive damaged.

Highly recommend this to beginner , key feature is the 6w lazer module. Usually, the entry level laser is about 2w, it will do the job, but wont cut thick wood board. 6w will get the job done. the included 2mm spacer is good to start with, once you get your hands on the engraver, you can remove the lense cap and cut your own spacer, ~ 1 inch, so that you can monitor the progress of your engraving. Make sure wearing the included glass though. I am thinking about to upgrade to the pro version, a lot of fun with the machine.

My boys have been asking for a laser engraver, so here we are. It’s incredibly user‑friendly and fun to experiment with, even for a group of teenagers. No complaints at all. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do and makes for a great parent‑child activity. Highly recommend.
