No instructions!! Absolutely no hardware( screws, washers, nuts, etc.... )also, a piece was broken. Emailing customer service for a solution, because there is no working phone number. Very disappointed. Looked nice in the picture.

The product overall is great. I had challenge with the slats being far spaced out, got a plywood board from lowes and used it as a bunkyboard. No problems there. My drawers don't fit right and they overlap which is a nuisance. Coz I keep bumping my toes. Haven't gotten time to cut a small piece off so it can fit. ... show more
