This bed has been a lifesaver! It arrived in two boxes at the same time so we were able to complete assembly same day! It’s a little tedious to set up but my children were happy to assist their mother on a boring summer day. It doesn’t creak or make any noises at all for us, but I was sure to tighten bolts very well. It’s bigger than I imagined, taller then I figured, with a real sized top bunk mattress my 7 yr old just barely sits on her bed without bumping her head. We live in an apartment so maybe the ceilings are slightly shorter than a house would be? However my son has a bunk as well from a different company and is 11 and much taller than his sister and has more clearance above his head then her bed. My teenager sleeps on the Queen mattress and there’s been no issues with her comfort. There’s good clearance with a 9-10 inch mattress on that bunk for me and her, but we’re short, 5’3. I’m stunned how amazing this quality is. The brushed finish and square tubes are different but modern and my daughters love their new arrangement. There’s also plenty of room under the Queen for storage if needed, we have six underbed bins down their now and it’s been nice to have more floor space! Previously had two twin beds side by side in their room so this makes that problem disappear slightly, we now have a Queen size but it’s allowed for more area to walk in their room. All in all I’m very satisfied. The instructions were clear for the most part, if your no stranger to putting furniture together then you’re going to be fine! Have a helper though, I say at least two adults but the kids can be helpful too!

I read the reviews on this product prior to buying and was slightly skeptical. Now having it, my kids love it and it took my wife and I 1.5 hours to construct. Directions are simple and easy to understand. Biggest piece of advice when building this, DO NOT TIGHTEN ANY SCREWS/BOLTS UNTIL ITS ALL TOGETHER. TIGHTEN EVERYTHING AT THE END. If you do this you will be fine. Also weight limit was of concern. I am 250lbs and my son is currently 60lbs and I have laid with him in the top bunk with no issues.

The instructions could be more detailed as specific pieces have to go in certain directions and they don’t specify that or illustrate it either, sometimes you can tell by the illustration by the location of the holes what direction a piece should go, well these instructions don’t do that. They’re very basic and kind of vague. Either way I got it together after having to flip some pieces around, also the holes didn’t line up for the bottom support so I had to drill my own holes, as well as there were no bottom holes for the ladder even though it says put in 4 screws, so I had to drill those holes. Over all the bed is sturdy and so far good. Despite the challenges it wasn’t that difficult to put together. You need two people and also to be very careful not to strip the hex screws if using a drill and not the hex key that comes with it. They strip easy.

Some of the pieces were labeled sloppy, it was were ripped so I had to figure it out althou that wasn't hard and all pieces were there. Easy 2 assemble but the ladder hurts to climb its slim thin square shape makes it dreadful 2 climb so I'll be gettin pool noodles for some cushion. The bottom the frames to hold the bed may have to be replaced after a while seems it would bend in time but overall it's in good shape and sturdy.

This was NOT easy to assemble. It took Y husband over 4 hours to set up and involved a lot of trying to squeeze the metal to fit the screw holes. It was the most affordable full over queen bunk we could find, so in terms of value, you get this for a decent deal. It is, indeed, wobbly as other reviews have noted. We can feel any and all movement that anyone makes on the top bunk. That said, it is sturdy enough for what we need it for, is affordable, and does the job. We have my two young daughters on the top bunk. Also - the top bunk is a FULL XL. Not a full. We bought a full mattress and have about 4 inches of space on the bottom part of the bed.

I was in the market for a bunk bed. Queen sized because of my sisters bed (Who refused to down size making the search harder) With stairs (vs ladders) and decently priced. After two month of searching i realized queen bunk beds don’t have much options and are highly priced. In the end after weighing the reviews of multiple bunk beds I had decided to go with this one. So let’s jump into my review shall we The good -It’s a really nice product for the price. I mean $300 over $1,500 sold! -It looks really nice -Arrived faster that stated Ordered on: April 7, 2020 Estimated Arrival: April 31, 2020 Arrived: April 9, 2020 (TWO DAYS!) -Assembly is actually easy so long as you follow the instructions. No, the instructions are not confusing like many state. I’m sorry but you’d have to be really stupid to not understand a picture because that is LITERALLY the instructions PICTURES. The parts even come labeled for you. Both on the picture and on the actual parts there a white stickers labeled with one letter of the alphabet. The screws are labeled as such as well. -I can’t say anything about the squeaking as I don’t have a bed for the top bunk so I’m not sleeping on just it yet. My sister however has gotten cozy with her queen bed and fits nicely. -Theres a 8” storage under the bed - seems to be enough space to sit up right with out hunching over. I do have 8ft ceilings one the top bunk (again I’m not sleeping on it yet cause no bed) The bad The only complaints from me are: - the material seems to scratch sort of easily - THE SCREWS. Okay, no, you do not need a screw driver or drill but granted if you have one it will come in handy to speed up the process. For the screws you are given a L -shaped hex key wrench (man do I hate those) so assembling does take a while. For those of you who do not know: YOU CAN use both sides of that tool. My sister was not aware and was making her life difficult. 🤦🏻♀️ - some parts are labeled with the same letter so you have to be carful with that and you have to actually look at the part and examine it before screwing it in or you may put it on the wrong side or upside down (which we did ) so do use your eyes and common sense. All in all I am giving at a 5 star for -arriving fast - price/quality -easy assembling (when using common sense) - esthetics
