The inside doorway delivery arrived 4 hours early without notice. The delivery sent 6 notifications that it was on time and requested that I be home at the agreed upon time. The bed had minor scrapes and scratches in areas undetectable. And is beautiful. The quality is a 15 out of 10. The bed is extremely heavy, but I put it together by myself. It took 1.5 hours. The instructions were brief but accurate, and easy to follow. I used a drill at the end, but a screw driver could do the job just the same. I don’t regret this purchase. It is well worth the price. The box arrived broken and opened. The box had foot prints all over it and people who were delivering it were not careful. We kept the bed because I had no time to wait for replacement due to my busy traveling life. The bed is beautiful but delivery was horrible!!!!!!!!
