This product arrived in a rigid, cardboard box, properly wrapped w/in but as other others have complained, w/ no instructions. It came w/ the four mounting brackets (photo 1) that end up holding the trellis 5" away from my cedar fence. i ended up having to find four wrought iron hooks w/ two screw holes for sturdiness on Etsy (photo 2). those came w/ short, shiny/silvery screws and not the longer, black ones normally used w/ wrought iron. i then had to find longer black dry wall screws to mount the hooks to my cedar fence. i only ended up needed three of them to do the job, and then placed the trellis on the hooks (photos 3 & 4). i think that you will agree that the overall result was worth all the apprehension and effort! at the end of the rose season the trellis will be easily taken down, collapsed and stored in the garage to protect it and the fence from damaging wind and NE weather, so i do expect it to last 20 yrs or so.

Nice heavyweight metal & attractive looking, but attaching the lattice to the poles was frustrating- they “sit” on the hooks but there no way to attach them permanently, so every little adjustment would pull it apart and we had to start over.

I was truly surprised at the quality of these trellises.. They are very well made and easy to put up if you have a little skill with a drill and screwdriver. I think they look very beautiful. My only complaint is that though they were very well packaged FedEx managed to spoil one of them. USPS tried but failed-the packaging is that good. UPS delivered 4 of those I ordered in perfect condition.( I ordered 9 total, but they were shipped from different locations and with different carriers. Praises to UPS for a job well done!!)

Bought two of these for some climbing roses against a brick wall and they look so amazing! Hard to find a trellis that isn't overly curvy or gothic and I love this more clean/modern look. I love the pointed top and they look good right next to each other. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is because I had to use small plastic ties to anchor the trellis section to the poles - several sections came off the small "arms" on the first day so strong weather might be a problem. Not a big issue and am thinking about ordering a third!

I was the inside and outside garden buyer for 50 plus stores before I retired. This trellis shop be easy to assemble not so hard. I bent one of the side post trying to get the trellis on. I need another side post or throwing in the trash Sending a second time!

I love this trellis. It’s very cottage like and my roses are finally getting big enough to start intertwining. I think once the red roses mature it’s going to be a show stopper. Love it. BTW- I used black zip ties to keep it from slipping off the brackets.
