I’m knock kneed, with some other tilt. My knees pop a LOT, and I was advised as a teenager to not pursue running but I hate being told what to do. Ran an entire 15k with these bad boys and I never had an once of pain of mishap of my patella floating off somewhere it doesn’t belong.

This simple padded velcro strap works well. During high impact aerobic work outs my knee would become aggravated. I tried various support methods. This knee strap has worked the best. It stabilizes with slight pressure. Adjusts easily if. Two for the price is great value considering over the counter brands cost twice to tree times as much and you only get one. I've had total knee both and total hips both. Left knee did not come out perfectly. Without this brace on my knee I get very harsh thigh pain. I'm 76 years old and just played 14 straight days of hard golf. I took one day off and didn't wear the brace and walked about on vacation. Thigh pain came back after about 4 hours on my feet walking. Just played golf today with brace on and zero thigh pain. I am convinced this brace adds stability to the knee. Fortunately I will not be having knee revision surgery now.
