Constantly hard-freezes in a way that can only be resolved by power cycling. Could be a Windows 11 issue, could be a hardware issue. I have tried everything to resolve, and it persists. Updating to confirm - hardware issue after less than a year and very light use.

Appeared to be fine at first. Installed software and then it started to freeze up. It would become completely unresponsive to anything except the power button being held down for 8 seconds. The more intense the load, the faster it would lock up. Incapable of gaming. Display had disappointing amount of backlight bleed. I've had issues with Acers before and hoped this one would be a change but I'm disappointed. Switched to an Asus ROG G15 like I should've done to start with. I thought Intel would be the win but the ryzen 9 cpu in the Asus ROG G15 is amazing and it's Radeon GPU is on par with this GPU except it's much better because it runs games instead of freezing. ... show more
