From what I can tell this comes from an upfitter. Thats why some of the reviews say the box was opened when they got it. They do explain this in the info section, you just have to read it. They take these stock machines and upfit them with more RAM, higher cards, ect. Got this at a good price during a sale. Not too many reviews on this yet but gave it a chance due to high stats for good price. Arrived fast with great packaging. Got it booted up today and so far so good. Got mine with 32G of RAM and a 3060 card. I selected a 1TB drive but I noticed that it was only showing 500G. Then I realized that they added two 500G drives to equal up the 1TB. I did have to assign a letter to the drive to get it to show correctly but that was a simple fix with Google to help. Overall I think I got a good deal. Unfortunately I got burned because I did not read the title and read the description instead. The description states that it has a 1Tb hard drive and 32Gb of ram but it in reality it has 512Gb hard drive and 8Gb of ram as stated in the title. This seems rather scummy to me since I thought that I was getting more than I actually got. You could get the same device for 90 dollars less on the real Acer Nitro 5 amazon page.
