I decided to splurge a little and get a "Gaming Laptop". And after a lot of research, the trade off came down to the graphics card....did I want a laptop with a 15.6 inch screen and the 3070ti and 6gb RAM? Or a laptop with the 17.3 inch screen but with the 3070 and 8gb RAM? Well, these old eyes wanted the larger screen . The second first was going for the Ryzen CPU. Not disappointed. In fact quite impressed! The system doesn't disappoint! I've already added an upgrade..a second drive. The 1TB boot drive is paired up with a 512gb drive that I had lying around from a previous upgrade attempt on another laptop I have...I'm a big Borderlands 3 player...so this laptop is more than adequate for my gaming...I have so far installed Borderlands 3 (all the DLC), Tiny Tina's Wonderland and for fun, I had Doom...Haven't played that yet...can't wait. If I had any complaint, it's the speakers...really cheesy sounding. But I do have a portable JBL Bluetooth speaker that I use that does the job quite well! Many times when people buy something that they anticipate, they end up with buyer's remorse...not me. This laptop fits the bill quite nicely. It's a great all-around laptop, the keys on the keyboard are solid and not wobbly. The RGB is a nice option (but no flashing please....that gets annoying fast). Even the trackpad is better than adequate! This thing is going to serve for many years of gaming fun for me! ... show more

    • Horrible Battery Life
I really like this computer but the battery only lasts a little over an hour. My old Dell will last for about four plus hours with the same usage.
