Shipping sucked. Recieved the package damaged inside of Amazon box, ups left it uncovered in a rain storm. Cons computer works but the charger doesn't always say charging or charge even though it's plugged in, the charger plug is also messing with the audio port creating buzzing when plugged in, it goes away when power cable not plugged in. Light bleed in the corner of the screen but not too bad, plastic is flimsy. Came installed with windows 11 even though advertised with windows 10 all over the ad. The gpu has horrible coil whine under pretty much any load. The bios is really basic and the components don't let you tune them. The power supply is pretty lame. Windows 11 had a update issue that got frozen for most of a day and required a huge work around. Really disappointed that it wasn't the windows advertised. Pros I like the keyboard. The screen is pretty good there isn't really any ghosting on it. It's pretty fast for a laptop. ... show more

Bought it to replace my old desktop, as this has better specs. Plays well. Runs great. Windows 11 bloatware every place. I still haven't got it all out. Other than that, this is one of the best laptops I have found out there and I highly recommend it.

I love the laptop, the screen looks amazing, its running all of my games fine, and its almost the perfect laptop to last me a good few years. Although there is one issue and that's the fact that out of the box when it turned on sometimes a portion of the screen is black, as well as when it falls asleep the screen wont come back unless I close my laptop and re-open it. It's a small issue but i'm worried about this ending up causing bigger screen issues down the line, and its a slight inconvenience. I'm mainly posting this comment for some kind of fix as I couldn't quite figure out how to contact the manufacturers. Although ignoring the screen issue I feel like it is a 5/5 laptop. And I'm sure the issue is just from something that got messed up in production/shipping as it looks like this isn't the norm for the laptop reading through the comments and I simply got unlucky. If anyone knows how to contact the manufactures/ and or a fix for this. Please let me know, thankyou. ... show more

I'm not totally satisfied with this product. There are weird issues with either the laptop itself or windows 11. I don't really know but it's a pain to try and fix them all. I mean the device works great it's just that some games have trouble displaying correctly on this computer. After a while I got them to work, but it's still weird. ... show more

In general it's a good laptop, my last laptop was a MSI GL63 with intel i7 8th and GTX1660TI; The Acer was a big change, for example Shadow of the Tomb Raider in my old computer just achieved 60FPS and now I get 90FPS (Using the GeForce Experience recommendation in both cases). In my case, the laptop comes with GPU limited to 85W but you can update the bios to overcome this limitation until 95W (I didn't do it). The temperature is great, after 3 hours of game the max temp for CPU was 90°C and GPU under 85°C all measures with no cooling pad or support. The keyboard, battery and touchpad are ok for the price. Two downsides: - The display is bad. Poor colors and almost 20ms in response time. - A weird "crash". Infrequently the laptop like a freeze for 1-2 seconds. After 1 month of use it happened 3 times. I don't know if it's a CPU or GPU issue. ... show more
