This transaction was a nightmare do to amazon customer service. Laptop had issues powering up, and the packaging was pretty banged up severely. Contacting amazon they processed a returnless refund where i just wanted to get it fixed and thia didnt abide the sellers policy. The seller helped me with all the could however the end result amazon dropped the ball on this with handling the package for delivery and the process of getting a resolution for this. Thankfully i was able to get my money back. I cant comment on functionality of the laptop because it was in operable. However according to specs its a great budget friendly laptop. ... show more
