How to switch S mode to windows 111. On your PC running Windows 11 in S mode, open Settings > Update & Security > Activation.2. In the Switch to Windows 11 Home or Switch to Windows 11 Pro section, select Go to the Store. Overall this is okay. Downsides are the "stiffness" of the touchpad, making it difficult, if not impossible, to play simple puzzle games or to navigate smoothly on web pages. As well, the frustration of trying unsuccessfully to synch my wireless printer with this laptop. Given that my prior computer just expired (and the positive reviews of this brand) this one will have to do. Hope these "problems" eventually get less irksome. ... show more

I had to run an update on it, so I did. Fresh out of the box and it took about 20 minutes to update whatever it had to update, then restarted, and now it's been black-screen for almost 30 minutes. I wanted to try another brand of laptop. Laptops seem to be poorly made these days. This is the third one I've bought in the past few months, and may have to return it like the last two. This is crazy - three in a row. The second was a refurb and not cleaned with snot on it or something gross. The first one just didn't work correctly.
