this product works great! its so nice having more than one hdmi port for all of my gaming systems. its seamless and easy to use. The switching speed is fast and it has a very wide range of compatibility. The led lights on the inside show if its on and which "channel" its on. Very little to no flickering. I Have an older TV so it does flicker when I change the port but it did that before this product too. Overall it feels well built and its a good price for what it is: convenient. It's a heavier plastic and the remote feels sturdy.

The 5 in 1 out HDMI switch allows you to connect five different HDMI devices to 1 HDMI display. It only supports one-way transmission, so it is not possible to connect 1 input and have 5 outputs. It comes with a remote control and a USB-C power cord. The remote control takes two AAA batteries and has six numeric buttons. You can press the button for the exact device you want to switch to, press the next button or press the number for the device that you want to use manually. The next button allows you to go to the next input that is plugged into the converter. The switch is powered with the USB-C power cable. I plugged it into my computer with the USB-C power cord that was included in the packaging. It requires 5V/1A power and if it receives less than that it may not work properly. If it is plugged into a high-powered charger like a phone charger, it may cause damage to the product. Exceeding 5V/1A should be avoided. The devices that I connected to this switch were three different computers with HDMI ports, and a composite/S-video to HDMI converter. The HDMI switch can detect when there is a signal coming from the input devices and will automatically switch to the active inputs when the next button on the remote is pressed. The input that is selected will have an indicator light next to it. This is an excellent HDMI switch that allowed me to connect four different devices to my television with only two HDMI ports. The device is well made and is easy to use. I also liked the sleek design of the product. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a way to plug multiple HDMI devices into a television without enough inputs.

Bought this to replace another switcher that recently went out. On first impression, it seems to have small improvements over the last (quicker/easier to switch). However, there is no power plug included with the product. This is a recurring problem which seems to be happening more and more often with current tech. Luckily, I found a plug I happened to have, that would fit a usb A connection (common before, but now less and less available). Just be sure you’re aware and ready for this before ordering.

Really great switcher. My TV has less HDMI ports than I need. I have an Apple TV 4K, Mini PC w/4K @60hz, 2 consoles, a soundbar using eARC, and 2 security system hubs which utilize HDMI ports....surviving on a total of a whopping 4 HDMI ports, one of which is eARC. This switcher allows me to switch to everything in the best quality 4K being pushed from each connected device, with HDR!...from across the room. With HDCP 2.3 compatibility, I don't have to worry about blackouts or issues connecting anything either. I'm very good with memorizing what ports are utilized by what device, but either way I can only switch to ACTIVE ports, so others are able to use it as well as it won't accidentally swap to the wrong port if they hit the wrong number. Beyond that, the box feels really solid, doesn't feel cheap and it works very well. Glad I got it and am considering grabbing one for my other TVs. (Why do most newer TVS only come with 2-3 HDMI ports anymore? Sheesh). Fully recommend if you need a solid, reliable HDMI switcher.

This piece of equipment is excellent! I'm not a tech wiz, and I don't know how the specs in this model compare to not expensive ones. I like solid, reliable tech that works. This one gets 5-stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and two thumbs up 👍👍. It works REALLY well. The remote and sensor are sensitive and switch pretty quickly between inputs. The picture is clear, no loss of resolution or sound that I noticed. I needed 4 HDMI inputs, 1 output. This switch offers 5 inputs, 1 output. So, we have room to grow. I'm really excited for this small but significant (and budget-friendly) upgrade!

This is a fantastic HDMI switch. If you need a simple 5 in 1 out HDMI switch, this is perfect. It's plastic, but has a finish like stylish dark aluminum. The switch works exactly as described. I've been using it exclusively for several days now and haven't found a single flaw. The LED indicator lights are bright but unobtrusive. The remote works well and has a "Next" button that cycles between inputs. It also will not switch to an input that isn't sending a signal. So if you only have devices plugged into 1, 2, 3, and 4, but only 2 and 4 are turned on and sending a signal, then the Next button will alternate between 2 and 4 only, until another input is sending a signal. A very handy feature and time-saver. I've tested several devices, including a PC and video game consoles and they are all compatible with the switch. For the price, this switch is phenomenal. You can definitely find more expensive switches with real aluminum casing or other materials, but this one is perfect for me. The plastic makes it very affordable and light-weight. Unless you are rough with your electronics, this will hold up and last for years to come.
