This Acer Chromebook Spin 713 N18Q2 is not what was advertised. This is a Intel i3-8130U NOT a Intel i3-10110U also it does not have a HDMI port. Computer is in excellent condition and the battery only has a full cycle count of 65. If this had been what was advertised it would be a 5 star review but a 2 generation gap between processors and lack of HDMI may be a deal breaker. I will probably be returning this since I need to use this for occasional presentation and HDMI is a must for that. UPDATED: Changed to 5 Stars since the seller gave me a $30 refund. Solved the lack of HDMI by purchasing a USB C to HDMI adaptor (uni USB C to HDMI Adapter 4K) for $8.99 on Amazon. ... show more

    • Worked for 4 months only
I loved the performance of this chromebook until I got the crash page saying I needed to reinstall Chrome OS. Having a career of IT, I happily downloaded the OS on a thumbdrive and reinstalled Chrome OS. It worked for another month or two, then crashed again. Today, I count the fourth such crash, and this time it says it gets an error USING THE SAME THUMBDRIVE, that it cannot restore the OS. Since the warranty is only 90 days, I will look at my options, but I wanted to post this review and say, "Do not buy refurbished which has only 90 days. Buy new, or get an additional warranty." This was not cheap. Update: Acer will not help with this, the seller will not help with this, and I have been told it is up to me to repair it. I urge anyone considering buying a refurbished computer/laptop to not do this unless you have at least a year of warranty. ... show more

This couldn't have been any cleaner if it were brand new. Impressed. So far, it's great... No issues. I keep it plugged in so I can't comment upon battery life. I'd buy from this seller again without hesitation. BTW, I previously purchased another refurb from another reseller and it was disgusting... Bubbles on screen and hairs and dirt on KB... Gross.
