I ordered the item as stated; what arrived was a quite similar model, a Lenova 500e 2nd Generation. It's not a terrible mistake, and I assume the shipper just had a bunch of comparible models. These things are bouncing around Amazon from $37 to $89. The Lenova either ties with or wins various categories, so I can't complain. It arrived in good shape, just some truly bizarre scratches on the bottom. Otherwise I'd describe it as lightly used. Screen is clear, no scratches, touchscreen works fine. Keyboard very responsive. Video streams without buffering, and in spite of relatively low resolution (1366 x 768) I found it plenty sharp enough for viewing. Sound isn't very loud. I paired a Majority bluetooth speaker which solved the problem. Battery life is good, lasting 8 to 11 hours, and it charges with USB-C, @ 45 watts. Much more convenient than old fashioned power bricks. With a return policy, if you're interested in something like this, something for a backpack or brief travel, give it a try. It's not much money to risk. But remember it's not a gaming machine; use minimal open tabs and clear the cache regularly, keep the OS updated. For better storage, get a micro SD card. Good luck! Update Feb 13: Well I do still like this unit but I discovered one undocumented flaw. I ordered an storage card for it. It slid right in... and kept going. Fortunately this ain't my first rodeo, so several screws later I had the back off and managed to retrive it. Pity. ... show more

    • Great and sturdy for kids, but too slow for Roblox.
I got this laptop for my 2 school aged kids to do online homework and play Roblox but it didn't cut it for Roblox. The touchscreen was great, very responsive. I love that it was super sturdy and seemed to be made very thick and durable for younger kids. The screen seemed a little on the dim side in comparison to my other 1080p Acer I use. I think this would be decent for light browsing and watching Youtube, but it was on the slow side for some of their favorite Roblox games. Some of the games wouldn't ever load properly at all. We had to return them and just spent more $$$ for a faster model. ... show more
