I bought this for my teenaged son for his bday. (He wanted a Chromebook.) This one is very lightweight, easy to use, the resolution is nice and works well for video calling. I have one as well and have dropped it twice so it’s tough and doesn’t break easily. They are fast to load things, even when you first turn it on. The sound isn’t the loudest on all the chrome books I’ve had, but are fine for movies and games, even better with headphones or speakers and has good, clear sound. This is a great price for what you get, especially because it includes all the accessories. I’ve never had a laptop come with those things, so I was very happy with that. I love everything about this new laptop. It's small and compact, which is exactly what I wanted. The screen resolution is excellent. I have had an Acer in the past and I find them to suit my needs quite well. The size is what sold me. I was tired of lugging around a heavy laptop when I traveled and wanted something smaller. Acer fits me perfectly. I am very pleased with my purchase, especially since I was able to use my Amazon points to help with the cost. This is my second Acer Chromebook, this is by far faster and easier to use. I booted it up signed in and everything was just as my old one was. The charging port on my old one died and I received this as a gift. Very pleased at the clarity of the screen and the keyboard is very soft & the pad is sensitive which is great.     • Slow and laggy
Firstly, it's not a 2024, it's a spin 311 with a 2023 manufacture date. Secondly, the responses and lag on this machine is pretty bad. I'm only doing basic functions like watching YouTube and Netflix and it's pretty frustrating waiting for this thing to respond (or not....) to my touches.

    • Perfect Chromebook, touch screen and flips so can use as a tablet.
I have always used Acer Chromebooks, my personal preference! This one is amazing. More of everything. I got a lot of accessories with mine. Did buy a screen protector. Just got set up with my new internet. Really enjoying it. If on the fence , just get it, you won’t be sorry!

    • DON'T WASTE UR MONEY!!!
If I could give a zero star for this review I would. This computer is so non functional I'm actually considering just throwing it into the trash. First off, very slow to react, would connect to the wifi for like 1 hour and suddenly would lose connection ( by the way my wifi provider and connection is great, i checked with other devices) so I have to keep restarting the computer every hour. Sometimes losing my work in the process. Honestly looking foward to recycling this piece of trash. This shouldn't even be sold for $10 since you get no value for your money. And the seller make it so difficult to return that you givenup half way. Worthless!!! Run away and save ur money for an iPador even a phone because anything works better than this. ... show more

    • Touchscreen doesn't work that great
So far I love this product. Have only had it a few weeks. It doesn't support one of my credit card websites though, very strange it won't open up for me but it will o. My phone. Also, the touchscreen doesn't always work.

small -portable faat-light weight-great battery life -scren resolution more than adequate for a laptop and fore someone not only on the go but for most people who do not play memory intensive video games this would be more that adequate. I cannot beleive that this chromebook comes with all the attachments -a multipple outlet dongle which includes 2xUSB 3 .HDMI cable and adapter -built in camera with good resoltion and a mic. The audio quality is also superb-Even comes with a microSD card 128 GB unbeleivable buy for the price. Will buy one for mom for mothers day ... show more
