The seller of this product is top notch! The computer itself is great. My only gripe would be that the screen does not fold over to act as a tablet. I guess this wasn't clear in the product description to me. The cromebook however is fast and battery life is good. I just don't understand why they would create a touch screen where the screen doesn't fold all the way back on itself. Oh well, not a deal killer for me. The device works and is good in lots of ways but I ratted it 3 stars due to the utterly sad way it handles bluetooth devices. Once it tries to connect to my bluetooth devices, speakers, headphones -different brands you name it, it then can never connect to that device again without immediately disconnecting until I have it forget the device and re pair it. This is a really bad weakness and for that reason I would not recommend this chromebook. If you dont use bluetooth devices (I mean who doesnt in this age?) then it is totally fine. I updated all the things, firmware, drivers os, etc and didnt make a hill of difference. It is really just poor quality code that is leaving something uncleared when it fails to connect.
