Poor monitor quality caused eye strain. Web-based apps run OK, but Android apps cannot run well. Large or numerous files are hard to manage in the Chrome OS. Nearly impossible to use encrypted drives or encrypted containers, even after purchasing special software. Many aspects of the OS are not well explained and unclear, and options are limited. Purchased this model because it was advertised as having a backlit keyboard. It doesnt. But its an inexpensive Chrome book and you cant expect a whole lot. Other than the dissapointent of it not having the lit keyboard its a decent laptop fot the price.
