This is a horrible laptop. I had many Acer laptops in the past, but I cannot speak how disappointing and horrible it is. No support in the US, video quality is bad and I tried adjusting in many ways. Audio quality is one of the worst. I used this for three months hoping that I can adjust it but, honestly, I cannot wait to purchase a different one. I am still in the getting-to-know mode, so I can't really give a definite rating yet. But I will say it seems to suit me just fine with no major issues. It is so thin and light and a nice change from my 10yr old Acer Aspire. The image is very good with beautiful color and depth. I love the minimal- pressure-needed keyboard. The computer starts up almost instantly and that is wonderful. The USB ports are sufficient for any need I have. The speakers might be a bit low level but I used a head-set and got very good sound from the jack . I am staying loyal to Acer computers because the Acer I replaced never had any problems in 10 years. I bought the new one just to get the Windows 11 O.S. ... show more

The acer aspire lite is a nice laptop, it showed up still factory sealed with the acer tamper stickers still sealing all aspects of the box and laptop inside. It came with the wrong charging outlet type. It was the European style plug so I had to contact the seller for a correct charger. Iv been working with computers since 1990s so you can take my reviews seriously... This is a solid budget laptop. I use it for programming in Visual Studios and Unity for game developing and it handels both jobs at the same time really well. Graphics are only 1080p but that's perfect for what I do as I have a dedicated gaming PC I use for gaming.. this laptop will do well with most recent games if 4k isn't important to you.. Negatives: The battery life is awful, when set to "performance" over "balance" I only got 1 hour. On balanced I get about 3 hours.. The build has a budget feel to it from the laptop casing to the keyboard it's noticable. Tips for best performance as soon as you get the laptop: 1- goto control panel -> uninstall Mcafee, uninstall all of the Acer software preinstalled garbage like Amazon, Ebay. 2- download a free Anti Virus, I recommend bit defender Armor or AVG 3- Run all windows updates, they're many Acer system updates needed here. 4- open command prompt and run these two commands one after the other sfc /scannow Dism /online /cleanup-image /scan health Those commands will check system doesn't have any corruption and second command checks the windows install for corruptions 5- right click on C: -> properties -> tools -> optimize drive and optimize your C: ... show more

One star is for prompt delivery. Otherwise do not buy this product as it is a crappy product that was delivered quickly. I have been working with it for a few hours and there has not been one time that it has booted up cleanly without some combination of blue screens, black screens and lockouts.
