It was delivered very quickly and well packed. Great job by the seller. The product itself is absolutely great. I had to cancel the laptop I was initially going to purchase because I found this one with 2 TB SDD instead of 500 GB as well 32 RAM opposed to 8 for only $100 more. I immediately downloaded some really challenging games and they look beautiful on it. Also using it to edit video and it seems like it's going to work really well. The closest thing to a complaint that I have is the very crowded keyboard (I have big hands), but I think I will get used to that. Sound isn't super loud but it does a nice job of throwing sound in different directions when I'm not using a headset. Highly recommend for casual gamers and work. ... show more
