I purchased this for my son to use for his daily homeschooling needs. This laptop was one of the best finds in a LONG time! It was practically like new for a very low price! It had no scratches or dents, everything that came with it including the charger works wonderfully and has since we purchased it several weeks ago. The ease of setup and use is perfect, the quality of the laptop is excellent, it runs fast, great graphics, my son can even play Roblox on it pretty well, it has some lagging but that is to be expected from a non-gaming computer. Excellent. But I didn't know much about Chromebook and I needed windows 11. I kept it though because it's really nice and will be used for other things it came packaged very good and even has a cute denim bag for it . Excellent price also!

I've been using my refurbished Chromebook ("excellent') for about three weeks, and am so pleased with it. It is fast, intuitive, has a generous, bright display and operates so smoothly. This for a third of what I paid in 2017 for my Acer Aspire E15, which cannot run Windows 11 and in any case had become cumbersome and frustrating functionally. I am a basic user -- e-mail, writing, light social media use -- and this Chromebook suits me well. Syncing to Android phone even gives me access to text messages on my Chromebook, which may be overkill, but which is nonetheless nice for when I misplace my phone (which never happens, right?) I love that it starts without a hitch upon opening, and shuts down quickly; it all just feels so much faster, simpler and streamlined than the old Windows Acer, and according to research before buying, I'll have support for this Chromebook for at least five years. Nice, too, to learn more about Google Drive and storing files and photos in the cloud (15GB free), rather than cluttering my own computer. Finally, as a matter of principle, it's nice to have a refurbished product that is good as new without contributing to the production of new electronics. Laptop is beautiful with no visible damage and easy to use with some guidance while setting up, runs smoothly and functions well, not too heavy considering the size. The battery life doesn’t seem to last as long as advertised but it still lasts a while. It’s not touch screen and was never said to be. I'm a software engineer for a living and have been using computers for a very long time. When my main laptop developed a problem that was going to it take a while to repair I decided to purchase one of these relatively inexpensive Chromebooks to have as a backup. I am pleasantly surprised with how usable it is. Its screen is fairly nice and for basic use of browsing the web, checking, email and doing zoom meetings it works just fine and also happens to use a lot less power than my main laptop (though in gallery mode, it's only capable of displaying nine people presumably due to the hardware's limitations). However, it pretty much replaced any usage for my tablet which I might as well sell at this point. For recreational trips, I'll now be taking this instead of my main laptop as its lighter weight, gets the job done, uses less power, and is something I'm less worried about getting stolen. Imreally happy with my new Chromebook! I feel like I got an awesome deal on it, and it works perfectly so far. I originally bought a Chromebook from Walmart, but unfortunately, it didn’t work from day one.
